I went to the University of Arizona to earn my biology degree, along with biochemistry and math majors. I work as a tutor programmer, but I enjoy tutoring on the side. I've been tutoring for nine years, and I've worked with everyone from children to adults, including special needs students. I focus on helping students truly understand subjects so that they can apply their knowledge in future coursework. I can tutor calculus, biology, biostatistics, algebra, English, essays, grammar, writing, trigonometry, ACT prep, SAT prep, and other test preparation. In my spare time, I like to cook, read, tend my garden, learn new things, get outside, spend time with family and friends, and go on hikes.
